I'm sorry to say this once again but she messed up her face. 
The mouth area is unacceptable and her nose is way too thin. 
Hair is way too light and looks yellow-ish.

She looked amazing but she started looking like this ( because of the meds I think ) 

and she didn't like it so she got surgery

The eye lift was really okay and there was nothing wrong with it. 

But I think the problem around this time was her weight. Not her lips. Not her nose.

If she'd have lost weight she would've looked awesome.

This is around the same time and she looked really good!!!

You should really stop over-exaggerating so much over a comparison picture that has a 16-year gap. Did you expect her to look the same as she did when she was 19 forever? That's not how aging works and so what if she got some work done, she still looks beautiful and is completely recognizable

It does look good. Almost like it was photoshopped
