She's taking things up a notch.

Britney participated in a hilarious, slightly bizarre, mostly amazing promo titled 'Seven Easy Things with Britney' for Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer fundraising special that encourages viewers to donate.

On Thursday, Oct. 27 in Las Vegas, Britney will host the Piece Of Me Charity Ride to support the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation. Purchasing a VIP sponsorship package ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 secures you one of 25 bikes to participate in 45-minute cycling workout lead by Britney herself.
