That's jlo's thing tbh. Britney always used to smile and laugh and make funny faces. I remember jlo always came off as overly-confident/cocky and Britney was humble and fun. (I'm talking about what I heard of people over 14 years ago. lol)

She usually does it depending on which song she's performing and if it fits. She used it in just the right places at Iheart so I'm not complaining
