No, you have to change your contry in the settings :  https://support.spotify.com/is/account_payment_help/account_settings/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting/ using a VPN.

I stopped using Hola a couple months ago, because they made a statement about some serious security issues. I suggest you to try something else, like TunnelBear.

i use zenmate i made my account back when i was in the U.S.A last month im streaming the **** out of the album 

the album is like more than 250 Egyptian pound which is really expensive by that amount of money u can buy alot of things not just an album
