Yes create the account. Then log in.

After that change it to "United States" in ZenMate. (there's a list to scroll down)

so sad I thought I can also use my US iTunes account for Apple Music streaming... it requires a valid US billing info.

Anyway I'm streaming now using Spotify Free. My playlist is Make Me then the Glory album.

Yes people need to double check their ips to make sure its a US location
