It's a prediction. Not the current state. They look at the spinning pace/rate and predict it to end the day with 8 spins more than last Monday.

Yeah I got it from a Mediabase HBIC in another forum. Trust they know their stuff. 

We can get a +20 regardless of the big stations. Losing their 4-5 spins is not gonna prevent it from happening. We'll lose some important AI though since a lot of people listen to them.

If we do mass requesting on Mediabase we can win spins from the small stations. It's predicted to be around +8, pushing it to +20 should be easy. 

But you're right Z100 is TRYING IT.
