Paul Soliz :
- Convicted felon

- 9 Children

- Doesn't pay child support

- In court with Judge Brenda Penny

- Various assault and compulsive liar charges

- Called the paparazzi on Britney on multiple occasions 

- Destroyed her marriage to Sam Asghari

- Appears unhygienic + poor health + lifestyle habits compared to Sam Asghari

or 

Cade Hudson:
- Alienates Britney

- Never defends her in the media smear campaigns in attempt to make her work

- Pretends to be Britney in emails

- Fired Vicky T against Britney's wishes for getting too close

- Told Vicky T to be careful in telling Britney things and not to tell Britney "the truth"

- Acts as a wall where no one can directly contact Britney as per Cher, Halsey, Heather McDonald etc.

- Friend of abusive ex manager Larry Rudolph and as of 2024 even professionally working with Larry in his new management firm  

- Part of a team for an international celebrity like Britney that doesn't run any kind of background check
on Paul Soliz, a convicted felon

- Forced Britney to meet with Lynne Spears on multiple occasions after the conservatorship ended

- Gossips with estranged friends of Britney's

- Opened businesses for managing retired pop stars

Paul is scum for all the reasons you mentioned. Its obvious what that parasites intentions are and they're not good.

However  there's something deeply sinister about Cade and I think he's the reason Pauls there in the first place. He's a walking red flag.

The worst thing about Cade is that he projects that he's this professional person with amazing connections.  

 

But he's been nothing but a tacky hack that's done deals and "interviews" like Britney is a Z-list hobo.  He is every "source" that's spoken to tabloids.  He's behind every "interview" she's given (side eye at you People) and standing in the shadows of every poor decision that's been made in the last four years.

Even underneath that, as someone said above... Sinister, methodical.  It's disturbing.
