Why didn’t Britney collaborate with a rapper for “I’m a Slave 4 U”?

“Slave 4 U” needed a rapper! It would have boosted sales and gained her more exposure to the urban community. Not to mention, after 2/3 of the song, it begins to sound a tad redundant!
