It's not "they". Is Britney the one that don't care if her make-up or hair is not perfect. She doesn't want to sit down to have her hair and makeup done and even more when she have anxiety (I said this from my experience) you want to go out quickly and that's it. Probably that day she didn't let anyone do her hair and she did  by herself.
