Okay... but what has that led to? Have they filed to put her under another conservatorship as a result of that? No, so what would be the point?

I agree that it was a dumb oversight to hire him, but to act like this is some sort of "exposé" is just dumb because it's all purely conjecture.

There have been countless TMZ articles saying sources tell them she needs a conservatorship again and that she's blowing through all of her money.

Okay... but have they actually filed to put her in a conservatorship? You don't get put in conservatorship because of TMZ articles. "Sources" can say whatever TMZ wants them to say that will get them the most clicks.
