Taylor herself said absolutely nothing about a new album and a new tour. Her last albums Folklore, Evermore, Midnights and TTPD were all surprise announcements and no one reported about it beforehand cause Taylor's team can actually keep a secret. So the dailymail isn't even a remotely reliable source lmao.

As much as I’m a Britney fan, there’s no denying that Taylor has surpassed her. The funny thing is, if Britney were actually doing something productive with her career, y’all would not be spending this much time being bitter and hateful towards other female artists who are killing it 

With regards to the different variants. A long time before that, Taylor had 5 albums that sold over a million copies within the first week(one of them she didn’t even promote). Something Britney only managed to do once (in the U.S atleast) Britney’s prime was great but let’s be honest, it only lasted for about 3 years, Taylor’s has lasted for a whopping 16 years of uninterrupted success. So no there’s really no comparison lol

Jagged little pill, the bodyguard soundtrack, to say a few albums, were there for that long and more and they are classics. TTD doesn't have any classics or true global hits. It's time for Taylor's fans to understand that her success is far less than what the streaming stats show. The tour is big, yes, but another current female artist has achieved similar numbers in several countries: Karol G, and no one will say that she is on the level of the beatles.

Plus fact that the GP don't know any song from this album. Just her die hard fans bought too many copies per each person, and it made her #1. Whitney Houston bought almost everybody back in 1992, they knew her all 6 songs from that soundtrack.
