Well Britney said a few years ago that she’s being sent script’s about her life and she said “she’s not dead”. Hopefully her mind has changed since then, bc unfortunately I don’t think they even need her permission to do a series about her life. Even down to her music, she does not  own it, so RCA can just approve use of her music.
 

So in a ****ed up way, she is in a pressured position to sign on. She’s better off giving her input instead of sitting by bc if they wanna make the series, they will, with or without her approval. And its best they at least have the full story from her side.
