Lucy Woodward. She co-wrote the song so I assume she recorded it first, but her album was released around the same time as Stacie’s.

But her version of the song was only on the Japanese edition of the album. Lucy’s album is surprisingly on Spotify in the UK but it’s the non-Japanese version.
