I think it was her mom. Kesha has always praised Britney (at least I believe so )

She has a unreleased song that goes something like "in 10 years, Britney who?" and stans went off on her. But she later said she's a fan and the whole meaning of the song was that nothing lasts forever and she didn't write it as a diss.
