Her ultra successful Piece of Me show single handedly changed the face of Las Vegas Entertainment

Effoertlessly setting trends even when she's not that relevant :brit:

when people say Britney has no impact, it's like me saying "I'm quitting smoking, starting tomorrow" which is basically totally false information and delusion at it's finest :snapney:

Do people actually say that though? :queenriri:

Even the dumb GP acknowledges her iconic schoolgirl outfit or her lipsyncing, thus reflecting her IMPACT on them... since they care and all :forkit:

BRITNEY IS THE PRINCESS OF POP

How is Slumber Party doing? :lostney:

Slumber Party might be below sea level but we can't deny that her career as a whole has changed pop music history

of course we all wish she was doing that currently with her current songs

Exactly, like if "Slumber Party" would deny her Legendary and Influencial career LOL.

SP's music video is flawless BTW :)

Britneys career CURRENTLY has no impact :lostney:

I think her current songs are the ones with no impact.

But her career itself is still impactful and influences younger generations to this date, receiving Icon, Millenium and trejctory Awards everywhere for being an example of influence in the Pop world.

so don't confuse current songs, with a Career.  Career is in general and its composed by everything she's done and that won't ever go away because she's a certified Icon ;)

Anyone who says she had no impact or dares to say she isn't an icon is just straight up delusional. She started trends, and she's influenced so many of the artists starting out today. The female solo artists of this generation have Britney to thank because she put female artists back on the map. When she first began her career, pop groups were dominating the music scene, whilst the solo acts who had started out their careers years before were starting to fade out. After Britney came along, the likes of Christina Aguilera, Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson, Beyonce etc. followed along the same path as Britney, and to this day we still see the newer female artists following the same course as Britney did.

We watch artists of today like Katy and Gaga flopping after four albums, whilst Britney was still dominating seven albums in, and nearly 20 years after she first released BOMT, her name still attracts massive amounts of attention and she is still being constantly acknowledged as one of the most influential female artists of all time. There's a reason her name is often regarded in the same vein as the likes of Michael and Madonna, it's not just because she's a great performer with great music and videos, but because she is the type of artist that only comes along once in a lifetime, and she has helped pathe the way for the artists of today, just like MJ and Madonna did for the likes of Britney and the other artists of that generation.

I don't know why people here think that she will ruin her career with the way things are run now and her being less of a fame ***** but like, if the GP is able to accept her back even with the head shaving and the breakdown, that means she can't do no wrong. At the end of the day, it's the person that draws people in and she still has that "it" thing that intrigues people. She still has a lot of time ahead of her, and many legends have made stupid or lame choices in their careers but that doesn't change their iconic status. Girls today might out do her in everything but they can't do it well like her. She has stage presence and the charisma to blow people away without even doing anything.
