The lady wasn't really rude with any bad intentions or anything, I think the way she reacted is how most interviewers would have reacted who don't really know how Britney has been doing in the past few years. Boo.. not to rain on your parade, but she's not gonna magically climb the charts just coz she shows up in London.. her doing promotion doesn't mean the numbers improve instantaneously lol. It'll take a week or two to reflect the positive effect from promotion, depending on when the interviews air etc...
