it's not only her energy.it's her attitude.she has more ''swag'' here.she made a lot of mistakes in her dance moves during ''come over'' on today show as well.. She didn't make any mistake during the actual show.

It's not the same to perform one song for a half-empty theatre than doing the same song in the middle of a show with a full, vibrant, audience. The energy you feel is not the same, when she performed DYWCO as part of the show she was more hyped because of the adrenaline of the previous performances and the cheering from the crowd

I think it's because she's nervous as **** to perform under the public eye. When it's just her fans watching she's at ease and she feels like she's just having fun.
