Okay this IRKS me!

I've been stumbling upon people writing on twitter, other forums and comment sections that they couldn't find the physical album anywhere! At first I thought...aw bad luck...but now I see a lot of people saying it!

did they not produce enough copies or sth?

They did not ship enough copies, yes.

When the retailers sell out of it, it might increase demand. It's a legit marketing strategy.

I don't know much about marketing and stuff so I might sound dumb but how is that a legit stragety? The way I imagine it is potential buyers can't find it and forget about it. A few people might come back to see a week later or go buy the digital version but that's it. Then the newly ordered copies sit in the store bc no one cares anymore.

I went to Walmart they didn't have it

then went to target and got the last copy

this was on Friday btw
