I completely do disagree when it comes to the Red Carpet opinion, she looked stunning and beautiful.

I remember these same type of rants from fans in 2011. Her team didn't do anything. She was still selling singles and albums. She had a world tour going.

This time it's different. She's not selling albums. Radio pays her dust. JLo just surpassed her in box office in Vegas. She's getting ripped to shreds by the press and general public meaning she's not attracting new fans.

A change is going to have to come if they want to keep this going.

They need to look at what her peers are doing and get on that level. Who are the video directors they're working with - especially Beyonce? Hire them.

Who are their stylists, costume designers, makeup artists, hairstylists? Hire them.

Who are their creative directors? Hire them or people on that level.

Her team being cheap and not adapting to change quickly enough will be the demise of her brand.

This is true. The costumes. The dated looks are her ideas too. She looked like a Vegas act at the vmas while Rihanna and Beyonce looked like cool modern acts.

But if they want success and new fans she needs to get an image revamp asap. Just like they revamped her music and hired a new a&r she needs somebody to come in and overhaul her entire aesthetic. That's if they care if not then stop setting her up and sending her out to perform on these platforms just to get ripped to shreds the next day.
