I have Hola as a google chrome extension is that enough?

edit: i managed to create a Spotify account with "USA" as my country--is that enough??

ok i double checked and it does say US everything I open my account

I know it cant be muted on youtube so I thought it will be the same witn Spotify and Apple Music
