Mtv is desperate for ratings all these years! They need Britney for ratings! People are damn thirsty to see Britney especially because of 2007. 

so I think it's logical for them to let britney not opening. 

But the good thing about this is that she'll maybe sits in front row and we get some reactions of her during the show!
