I think so?  As far as I know, he hasn't been announced as a solo performer.  And he really only broke out this year so it'd be weird if they let him perform with Britney and do his own performance.

Yeah.. If he's with rehearsing with Britney, he's probably not allowed to show anything she'll be doing.
