Streaming question (please help)

Ok, so I have started my Apple Music trial and I think I will stick with it cause it actually looks pretty dope!

But I have a question, let's say I download Glory from Apple Music (not buy in iTunes store - download from Apple Music), and make it to save it on my phone/iPad and will be listening to it offline will it later on counts as streams towards the overall count?

Let's say I will play each song 20 times and then go online will my track count be send to Apple and they will count it towards the streaming numbers?

I think you have to be online for it to count. I'm pretty sure about that.

Listening from a saved file on your phone isn't streaming...

You're contibuting 0 streams.

you have to be online all the time.

the same goes with saving songs with spotify premium - listetning to them does not count.
