Hard To Forget Ya (Thoughts!)

After listening and then listening to this song many times, does anyone else out there feel that this song may be Britney's version of a Prince tribute, cleverly disguised? Listen to the lyrics and the production, this screams Prince, especially in the chorus where she doubles up on the "bout ya bout ya" line. I thought Britney was channeling Prince during those lines. Thoughs anyone?

I got an MJ vibe. Me and my friends played the entire album and this was the one song we played at least 3 times. The way she says "iconic" and the production alone gets me wet.

I was honestly getting some Lady Gaga vibes from that song (wouldn't be a huge surprise since Gaga has written songs for Britney before) I was kind of thinking it and then I heard her say "Poker face" and that did it for me lol but yes I def get a Prince vibe also. Definitely one of my favorites on this new album. (Which is AMAZING btw)
