Will preorders help or hinder clumsy?

Will the preorders that have already been made affect Clumsy in sales in iTunes or will it just not count?

If they make it available for purchase on its own then it could probably chart based on individual sales. Im not sure if the Private Show sales were from the preorder or people genuinely buying the song when it became available.
