The WB cut was of a male and two females. It wasn't of Britney. 

And now that we know Britney is pro gun control (which probably started because of the babies killed at Sandy Hook), I can get the Perfume cuts. Seeing herself being a Killer was probably not as much fun as playing one. And it wasn't a **** cut. Perfume was cut to match the song. MM is a song about ***. What do you cut?

I doubt Make Me is getting cut. Britney already released a whole bunch of **** Instagram videos.

I think they just have a schedule that we don't know yet. Britney has never released song&video at the same time. So it's hard to gage.
