TUTORIAL HOW TO GET YOUR STREAMING TO COUNT FOR THE US WHEN YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE US

FOR SPOTIFY ONLY

I) DOWNLOAD A VPN : 

First, you'll have to download a vpn, I recommend you CyberGhost http://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en or Hotspot Shield https://www.hotspotshield.com/ or Tunnel Bear or Zenmate.

 

2) Connect to the US vpn : 

Use your VPN software and connect to the US.

 

3) Modify your country on Spotify :

Go to spotify : https://www.spotify.com/is/, sign up or log in, Select Profile then change your country to USA, you'll have to provide an american zip code, find a random one on google (NB : You're not obliged to add a mobile phone number, just skip it). 4) Connect to Spotify :

Whether you use the pc application or the mobile application of Spotify the procedure is the same, Log in to Spotify (using the VPN ofc), wait few seconds until it charges, if it doesn't log out with an error message CONGRATULATIONS you're done you can close the VPN now, repeat this if you have to re-log in after.

Now every stream you make will count and help Britney get the 1st spot on the Billboard H100 chart. 50% of the sales come from streaming, it's really important

Make a Playlist on Spotify : Add Make me 3 times in a row. Then add a random song. Leave the playlist all day or overnight. Spotify checks for spam so another song is needed every few listens to make sure each stream/listen of MM is counted. Also make sure the volume is left ON. EDIT : Create a playlist full of Glory songs.

How do I make sure I'm streaming it through Apple Music so it counts? I bought the song, but I search it through the iTunes app and play it through there. That's correct?

Itunes =/= Apple Music, so no, it doesn't count. Try to download Apple Music app on your phone, because they didn't make an app for PC yet. There is a free 3-month trial but make sure to cancel the suscription before free trial expires or you'll be credited.

Sorry, maybe I'm confusing you (and myself lol). I subscribed to Apple Music. I'm playing the song through the app in the "New" section.

Great thread. For streaming in youtube/vevo how should we do it? Add it to your post please, youtube is really important and we're gaining views fast. And you should add to the title "fans outside the US too"
