Paris Hilton.

As far as I know she has always shown Britney love publicly & has never shaded her…at least publicly. People love to make up stories that she set Britney up to show her puss, but Britney was a whole 26 yr old woman who chose to not wear undies herself & even then Paris pushed her legs closed for her while paps invasively took pics.
