It was written and produced by Max Martin and Shellback, with additional writing from Tiffany Amber. The song was released on September 29, 2009, by Jive Records, as the only single from The Singles Collection.

Also the song has 3:33 of lentgh. 

What do you think? I barely listen to the song by itself. Sometimes I go back to the video which is iconic, but I don't do that just with the song, though.
