To answer the OP’s question:

I think it helped her to be fat for a while as it helps minimise wrinkles. 

Also she doesn’t smile much, which further minimises wrinkles. 

Also her face is covered in an inch of makeup, which helps a lot. 

Can’t deny she looks good though.

She looks gorgeous but I find her complete body change weird. Britney is blessed with good looks and fit body she doesn’t need all that work done! It’s clear Britney doesn’t like all that. She loves herself she doesn’t want to have body dysmorphia, she was told she was fat everyday and had to work out for hours, let Britney embrace her body and natural looks! She hasn’t owned her body for years.

Christina had the right to get fat! Britney didn’t! Couldn’t even eat candy!
