Unfortunately I highly doubt Britney would ever date someone like him.

He has a successful career, can't stay 24 hours with her, going to Mexico every two weeks. 

Britney only dates losers with money/fame hungry goals or people connected with her team. Theroux isn't any of the two things, thankfully for him. 

He doesn't need anything from Britney,  so he would be honest. And a person like him enjoy privacy, Britney lives in constant dramaland, her shady team and family would definitely try to control the relationship and the media narrative.

No A list celebrity would want the attention dating Britney.
