Monarchy is so pointless in 21st century

I grew up in a very monarchy family and society because I am part of their blood line ( in Nepal but I now live in the UK). But after the Queen died, I agree , the monarchy in the UK doesn't make any sense because there is no respect for them anymore. One of many reasons why it was abolished in Nepal.
