I actually like the photo and the photoshop doesn’t stand out to me enough to notice it. 

I think you fans need to stop being so critical.

The make up, the hair,  the blurriness, the photoshop fails (EVERY single Britney photo on her instagram is a fail).

 

Dont work with photoshop if you dont have the skills. I just cant.

Never in the history of life a photographer has needed the permission of a model to publish a picture they took with previous consent, especially if it's not for commercial purposes. 

It would be Britney the one needing the photographers' permissions to post any pictures of hers, or at the very least a credit like she usually adds in the end. 

What? I'm a professional photographer and of course there is ethically a prior authorization to share pictures.

don't you know that there is something called image laws? even for a model she can sue you for using her image without her permission and Britney is not a model. Britney was her client, and all the rights to publish her image belong to her, not to the photograph.

Well this was 2019 which was the PEAK of the cship drama. This was prob not long before she really got fed up and Domination was cancelled.

Photographs are protected by copyright at the moment of creation, and the owner of the work is generally the photographer 

Unless the photographer uses the pics for commercial reasons, the photographer should be free to publish them..
