What an incredible, undeniable girl group! I love Girls Aloud whole heartedly. On The Metro is still their “one that got away” smash!

I'm sad to say that I didn't get into Girls Aloud until their Tangled Up album, but I have absolutely loved them ever since. Their entire catalog is just amazing!! And yes! On The Metro was solid!! Beautiful Cuz You Love Me! When it came out

Their Tangled Up album is the album that they should have attempted to crack international markets with. If I remember correctly, they tried to crack Australia with Chemistry but to no avail. Tangled Up had exciting, electro pop bangers and lush synth pop perfection that would have dominated with the right choices and promo. I cannot put into words how I miss the golden age of promo.

They were so iconic and full of nonstop energy and weren't afraid to craft experimental pop songs like Biology and Nicola Roberts's solo efforts.
