I paid mine 150 000 euros, its a flat near the city center of Belgrade. Considering I bought it while the building was getting built, the square meter was 2300 euros. Once the building is all finished it will be 2800 euros per square meter  Which means the flat will cost over 182 000 euros if I ever decide to sell it

but i mean do you think the materials used building this house plus the builder's fee is worth that price?

just what i have been wondering lately, just what makes it so expensive?
