They would never allow this to happen today. All the media outlets who slam her music for not having a message should watch these interviews and see how terribly they treated her. What message did they send?

They were vultures back then. The questions they asked to a teenage girl/woman were disgusting and perverted. Like how the BOMT video was supposedly so controversial. A teenaged, school-aged girl in a school uniform (just barely showing her belly) was not ******, nor should it have brought out so much perversion.
