I forgot the huge gaps between singles back then....but yeah, Oops could afford it because it was selling half a million copies per week world wide for a few weeks I believe and that's not counting the first 2-3 million copies it sold in the first month of its release

It has to be before the jingle balls she's doing. I expect the announcement 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, so she can promote it for a week, and release an AMAZING video during that time. Then do a prerecorded/live performance on a late night show before going on a break for Thanksgiving/her birthday

 

Then the Jingle Balls will promote it, and maybe she will do single #3 too and get it in the GP's heads so that when she announces it in the spring they will remember it. 

 

Thats in my dreams though. 

 

I'd say it would be risky to release the 2nd single around the time of a new Gaga album, and her possible second single too, but she isn't a threat. Only person we have to worry about is Miley(but her and Brit are both managed by Larry so I expect he is smart enough to have them competing) and Katy Perry(If she is releasing anything)
