yeah she said the mood around the room where britney is is very strange, everyone is whispering and too scared to walk close to her room. She sort of complains that Britney only sat there and didn't move at all, as if she was just placed there, instead of standing up and greeting her I guess? The lady wasn't really rude with any bad intentions or anything, I think the way she reacted is how most interviewers would have reacted who don't really know how Britney has been doing in the past few years. Britney was so much more candid in FTR, who knows whats happening behind the scenes
