nah, sorry. 
I only share the file cause it's not really available other than purchasing the whole album from Japan, and since not everyone will do so - and the song is already out there in a bad quality - i decided to share it.

the whole CD on the other hand, is something i won't do. it's well worth buying

it depends on the quality of the rip you make,
mine is 256 vbr. 
i can go higher but it won't make any difference other than getting a bigger file.
