Sales

Why has britney's sales gone down this much since circus. I mean not that it's not good, but how come beyonce is selling this much? In terms of quality of music I don't think Lemonade is superior at all. Does she use a certain strategy? Not complaining just asking because someone mentioned that Barbra tickets sold count in album sales or something like that

It's kind of expected to fall after each album, really normal :boredashell:

Beyonce has this strategy with "dropping" albums, she's become a feminist bonanza and an advocate for black rights, so here's the immediate exposion :angietea:

Beyonce has managed to age, but no one cares, because she obviously has a better team - :brityeah:

Not the same for Brit though, maybe because she a was so huge back in her teen years :sickofu:

Also Britney doesn't really sing live and if you're not a teen artist and don't sing live either, the GP doesn't really care about you :awks:

Britney has stayed low key after Circus. Her reputation for having lackluster performances and lack of promotion has hurt her over the years. Beyonce always gives her all on stage, has performed at super bowls, released visual albums, ect.

People here hate Bey but only because she's a threat. No one here would be pressed if she wasn't successful. It's all about promotion.

Britney lost a LOT of fans. A LOT. We used to be the biggest fanbase out there but it's just not like that anymore...People lost interest in Britney ever since she tried to stay out of the spotlight, Britney was always famous for controversy.

She still did a moderate era even when she tried to be out of the spotlight (FF) but of course she flopped after that.
