It may be botox, however I'm more inclined it's a mixture of smoking and something to do with her teeth or jaw. my smile screwed up when I had jaw surgery.

It looks like: 

her teeth have moved and chipped with age

she had a bad fill job done to her lips

Along with Botox in her face so she can't smile properly

and a bad nose job - it used to go up at the end and now it actually looks like curved the opposite way sometimes and it also looks boney and crooked from the front which it never used to

her face was so pretty idk why she touched it.
