Please uses your amazing brain and help to find one Amazing Creative Director, who can make Britney cool again in 2016-2017 and save the era. A creative director with amazing and fresh ideas.

You know the big problem right now, it's Larry Rudolph he is lack of ideas, and just find creative people with poor ideas. 

Please queen Karen, like you saved us in the Music, find a cool creative director ASAP.

In all seriousness tho, how to we actually get word to this woman. Someone needs to understand what's going on.

What makes me nuts about this whole thing is that I know the potential that there is with Britney. Her it factor is not gone, we need someone they will bring it out and steer her into a good direction. 

we need a good stylist, someone who can do her hair extensions better and a creative director. And maybe a publicist? 

Why do we know these things and the people that get paid to know them don't?
