Do Apple Music streams count?

Same. That's why I'm thinking... If I purchase the album on iTunes, it goes into my Apple Music, that's not streaming. Isn't that the same as just buying the album and having it on your phone...?

To make the streams count, you would have to stream the apple music version not the iTunes version. But you could just purchase the album on iTunes, then delete it and add the apple music version to your music.

all streams count no matter what platform their on.

with apple music, make sure that you're playing it on apple music and not your itunes.

playing the purchased music on itunes does not count towards streaming.

I mean don't listen to it in "my music" type it in "all Apple Music " and you would stream even doe you purchase it

If you buy your album off iTunes & want to stream the album & not listen to the purchase one all you have to do is listen to it through "All Apple Music" & not "My Music" simple

I think you need to stream 150 times each song of the album to count like an album sale ...so If you buy the album you are helping a lot 

You can buy on itunes and stream on spotify tho
