you need an iTunes account or Apple Music. Go to the iTunes Store on your iPhone/iPad/Mac and there should be like 5 banners () telling you how to win tickets.

 

there are only 1700 tickets per event, and it's a prize draw. Tickets cannot be resold. You have to win them through Apple. Good luck. I applied too

You have to have a valid iTunes account and live in the UK, then you can apply to win tickets. There's no option to buy them, it's just a prize draw so you may get lucky or may not and you don't find out until about four days before the show.
