streaming question

i have a question about steaming / album sales. i understand how streaming works for singles and counting sales and stuff. i personally am not a big fan of streaming and i don't really think streaming should account for SALES - at least not such a high percentage. but it is what it is. however, how does that work for ALBUM sales? like how do they track if i listened to the whole album?

say for example, i'm listening to glory. i get to track #6 - clumsy. i've already heard this song because they previously released it. i skip the track. i do the same for #7 - do you wanna come over? then i continue listening with track #8 and on. does that count as a full album stream? like what constitutes streaming the FULL album in order to make it count?
