Antwerp public trash bins play Britney songs

So.. I live in Antwerp and I was just watching the local news. In the city there are constantly popping up new public trash bins looking like juke boxes (about 20 now, 30 extra coming in September). Well, now they are playing Britney Spears songs when you put trash in them. It's a project from the city of Antwerp to minimize the litter in the city. So cool! You get rewarded with a Britney song for putting your trash into the bin. At night they lid up, just like a real juke box. What's a better way to work on the environment
