I went to a music festival (honestlt my first ever!!!!) and it really changed my perspective on life. I usually listen to 2000s music because of so much amazing nostalgia and also wanting to explore things that are meaningful to me or even less familiar since I don’t remember all of it. I saw so many different artists from today though that just really blew me absolutely away and into the present. I legitimately am so happy my friends dragged me there and I’m so happy to be honestly so far away from where I was in the past in some instances, but in many ways as aware of what needs to change now for me to not be sad about my past. It HONESTLY started with accepting that I am now 25 and ACCEPTING TODAYS MUSIC IS AWESOME I genuinely am loving today’s artists right now. I saw Future, Tinashe, Big Sean, Mitski, Dua Lipa, Pierre something idek omg, Charli XCX and must say today’s music is truly amazing. I never thought how obsessed I would be when dua ******* lipa closed off the entire weekend of osheaga with this
