  1. Hey fellow book worms 🤓 What are you all currently reading or what was the last book you read? Any recommendations?... The last book I read was Blood Orange by Harriet Tyce which was addictive and gets pretty twisted.
  2. Author Stephenie Meyer, who created the iconic Twilight series, has a new one on the way. It's titled Midnight Sun and will go on sale August 4th. It's written from the point of view of Edward Cullen. Feels appropriately timed tbh. “I thought seriously about delaying this announcement until things were back to normal,” Ms. Meyer said in a statement. “However, that felt wrong, considering how long those who are eager for this book have already waited.” She added: “I know how much I personally need distractions right now, how much I need something to look forward to, and most of all, how much I need more books to read. So, I hope this book gives my readers a little pleasure to anticipate and, after it arrives, a chance to live in an imaginary world for a while.” “Meeting beautiful, mysterious Bella is both the most intriguing and unnerving event he has experienced in his long life as a vampire,” the publisher, Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, said in its listing for the book. “As we learn more fascinating details about Edward’s past and the complexity of his inner thoughts, we understand why this is the defining struggle on his life. How can he let himself fall in love with Bella when he knows that he is endangering her life?” We got any Twilight fans in the house? More importantly... Team Edward or Team Jacob?
  3. Hi my name is Paula, I'm a Britney fan since I was twelve years old and "Baby one more time" came out, which was one of the first cds I ever bought. I see a lot of people here who, like me, miss new music from Britney during these difficult times and wanted to send lots of love and positive vibes to you all. What have you been doing this quarantine, social distancing, whatever we may call it? I have been streaming Britney's music a lot on Spotify, going through her instagram and I just watched a documentary called "Britney Spears Breaking point", which features one of my favorite psychologists, Linda Papadopoulos. It was difficult to watch her painful moments and I pray for her to be always very healthy and happy, no matter what she decides to do in the future. I wanted to ask you, of all the books she has been reading lately, which seem to be mostly towards spirituality and self care, have you read any and what have you thought of it? I had read "The four agreements", it's a simple and very poignant book based on ancient toltec wisdom and I highly recommend it. It says to be impeccable to your word, don't take anything personally, don't make assumptions and always do your best (not too much, not too little but your very own benchmark of excellence in any given day). Kisses, Paula
