They scrapped their most recent album.  Guessing “Your Side of Town” was meant for it.

Yes, I heard they did it. ‘YSOT’ would’ve been a great track if it weren’t for the vocal effects, in my opinion.

Absolutely.  The song has grown on me a lot, but the vocals are such a strong contrast from their other material.
