I didn't see this posted yet and it's long but a very interesting read. Originally posted by LawersforBritney, who are controversial, I know - but this document is a Rosengart filing. 

We get Vivian Thoreen being confused, Alex Weingarten fighting dirty for payment, Sam Ingham playing the doddering old fool, and Rosengart on the attack.

Rosengart alleges that Jamie was, among other things, reading the notes from Britney's therapy. 

 

Weingarten claims that it's all rumors planted by selective leaks to the press, which Rosengart is repeating as "evidence".  

The Jeryls (Jeryll S. Cohen and Geraldine A. Wyle) want everything that Rosengart says to be taken off the official record because the statements are "not of his personal knowledge." Judge Penny says, "Well, he was making his argument.  [So shut up]."
